With every ANZO light, we use the parameters designed by ourselves along with certain parameters obtained from reverse engineering to run CAD. Photometric (optical) simulation and mold flow analysis are conducted. We will then create the RP mold to test the fit on an actual vehicle to ensure a perfect fitment!

Once the fitment is on point, it is time for the Mold Development stage. From here we transfer the CAD file to the ideal format accepted by CNC machine which will develope a mold that will then be ready for testing.
